Fabrizio Trilli

Fabrizio Trilli has 35 years’ domestic and international experience in leadership roles within the energy industry, previously serving as President and CEO of Eni USA as well as working for industry leaders in the US, South East Asia, Europe and Africa. Mr. Trilli has successfully led LNG projects in Africa and Asia.

As an expert in developing LNG and other hydrocarbon energy projects from the exploration phase to production, Mr. Trilli is uniquely placed to evaluate, develop and lead Seafarer Energy’s distributed LNG model.

Mr. Trilli holds degrees from La Sapienza University of Rome and Ecole de Mines (Paris) as well as Harvard Business School. He has served on the advisory board of the University of Tulsa Business Energy Program, Lecturer at Texas A&M, Virginia Commonwealth University and the University of Houston in the fields of clean energy engineering and Artificial Intelligence.

Mr. Trilli is an active supporter of Navy Seals Veterans foundations and HBS Alumni Entrepreneurs and holds dual American and Italian citizenship.

Gabe Procaccini

Gabe Procaccini has more than 20 years’ experience as a lawyer and business advisor for global energy transactions from Appalachia to West Texas, including M&A, upstream, midstream and energy marketing, as well as LNG and energy infrastructure project development. 
 
Mr. Procaccini’s expertise in counseling a wide range of companies in the negotiation, structuring and execution of documentation for complex transactions for large industrial energy users and LNG market participants across the energy value chain supports the creative bunkering solutions Seafarer brings to bear for our partners and stakeholders. 
 
In 2023 and 2022, Gabe was recognized as a leading practitioner in Latin America Projects and Energy by The Legal 500 and in 2020 and 2019 as a leading practitioner in Project Development, M&A and Project Finance in Energy and Oil and Gas by IFLR1000. 

Michael Krancer, Esq.

Michael Krancer is a skilled advisor to U.S. and global energy companies and has experience ranging from energy policy development, government relations, implementation of environmental protection laws and environmentally sensitive economic development.

Mr. Krancer has been involved in the environmental and energy sector for the past 30 years, holding a variety of positions.  A former Secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, Mr. Krancer has also served as Chief Judge of Pennsylvania’s Environmental Hearing Board, the state-wide trial/appellate court for environmental matters involving appeals from state regulatory and permitting actors. In addition, he has served as a litigation partner and as assistant general counsel to a major energy provider.

Keith Naughton, Ph.D.

Dr. Naughton is an expert in public policy, communications and interest group politics. He has over 20 years’ experience in elective and advocacy. His work has included campaign management, communications, media development and placement, grassroots fieldwork and polling and has consulted and provided services to many prominent political leaders at the executive, legislative and judicial levels.
 
Dr. Naughton is the author of the book, Washington Gold Rush: The Competition for Congressional Earmarks, and is a regular contributor of analysis and opinion to The Hill, with his analysis appearing in a variety of publications.
